The Next Level is an upscale private on premise party house for couples, single females and select single males. This is NOT a club. We offer a 4800 Sq. ft., 9 bedroom, 4 1/2 baths, large private house with a beautiful bar, a large dance area with a pole, a great sound system playing some of the greatest dance music and some intriguing themed rooms. We have a smoking area outside on the patio. This party house is an on-premise house for discreet adults to socialize, dance and make new friends.

The Next Level is an upscale private on premise party house for couples, single females and a select few single males. This is NOT a club, it is our home with a club atmosphere. We offer a 4800 sq. ft., 9 bedroom, 4 ½ baths, large private house with a beautiful bar, a large dance area with a pole and a great sound system. We have a smoking area outside on the patio along with our 10 plus person hot tub and in-ground conversation pool. This party house is for discreet adults to socialize, dance and make new friends in a safe, fun, no-pressure atmosphere. Setups and upscale appetizers provided. Our parties are by invitation only and sporting events will be available for your viewing pleasure on flat screen TV’s. We have limited room to stay the night so let us know early if you plan to stay. DON’T Drink and Drive. Get up Sunday morning and share coffee with new friends. No drugs or cameras allowed on the property at any time!
While we encourage you to dress in theme, it is not required and upscale club wear is always suggested! NO CUT OFF JEANS, CAPS OR T-SHIRTS. Collared or dress shirts preferred for the gentlemen.
RV Space is available for dry camping, but please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your RV.
